Although the RTX4060 got a ton of skewed reviews; moving from an old GTX 1050 Ti to this one was totally worth it!
If you're a 1080p gamer like me the go for it! I've been running Cyberpunk 2077 ver 2.11 along with Phantom Liberty without any issues. I've tested Ultra settings (buttery smoothness) and also RT Overdrive and it worked really fine. (CPU Ryzen 5 7600, 32 GB Ram)
For those waiting on the RTX 5000 series and are already on the RTX 3000 series, you can wait if you want to. But I highly recommend this GPU to anyone in a situation similar to mine.
