  Very firm chair but extremely comfortable for long periods of work behing your desk. Excellent quality has the feel of a chair that will last for years to come. The supplied cushions i found to be the only issue i have with the chair. For the money you pay one would expect memory foam at the least but a built in lumbar support would be the ultimate addition to an already great product.
